What We Do (Included in Service)
- ✓ Safety check: Testing the system controls to make sure everything runs safely.
- ✓ Visual inspection: Checking the outdoor unit for corrosion, weather damage, and leaks.
- ✓ Cleaning: Cleaning out system filters and cleaning the fan and coils.
- ✓ Pipe and radiator check: Inspecting visible pipes and radiators for water leaks.
- ✓ Hot water cylinder check: Inspecting and testing your G3 unvented hot water cylinder for safety and correct operation.
- ✓ Warranty proof: Providing the paperwork and checklist needed to keep your manufacturer warranty valid.
What We Don't Do
- ✕ Replacement of worn parts: Replacement of worn parts or major structural component repairs.
- ✕ Pre-existing faults: Fixing pre-existing system faults, wiring errors, or breakdowns present prior to the service visit.
- ✕ Refrigerant work: Refrigerant top-ups or leak repairs (quoted separately if required).
